Someone asked me what I thought about Lift Off.  I like it!  Honestly, it reminds me of a carbonated Tang.  Sometimes its my alternative to orange juice in the middle of the day.

My personal choice in shakes is the Formula 1 Instant chocolate shake.  I prefer the taste and the creamy texture.  I find that the regular Formula 1 shake doesnt dissolve well enough for me.  Then again, that is just my personal perference.   Free samples are available for you to try, just send me an email!  Seriously, samples are free!
