Someone asked me what I thought about Lift Off.  I like it!  Honestly, it reminds me of a carbonated Tang.  Sometimes its my alternative to orange juice in the middle of the day.

My personal favorite is the Cafe Latte shake.  I like mine with milk, sometimes warm milk so I feel like I'm actually enoying a lite latte in the morning.  However, I still prefer the ease of the Instant Formula 1 chocolate shake.   I find that the regular Formula 1 shake doesnt dissolve well enough for me.  Free samples are available for you to try, just send me an email!  Seriously, samples are free!
